Magnolia Creek in the heart of Leander, Texas, started a few years back, but has filled in the established part of the neighborhood and opened up new areas. There is an adorable park across the street Mason Hills Trail.
Magnolia Creek is in a central location in Leander, that has easy access to Highway 183. Just a mile down is the 16-acre Robin Bledsoe Park which has a splash pad and sport courts. The Magnolia Creek amenity center has a nature trails and a neighborhood pool and playground.
